Waylon was picked up with Dolly on Freedom Rd and never claimed by his owners. Needless to say, even though there was not space available, he was pulled to save his life and has been in a boarding kennel since.
He has a stellar temperament, never causes trouble, and can have a great time with other dogs in the exercise yard.
