GreenePets Adoption Application

Completion of the following application opens the process of bringing one of our wonderful house pets or working dogs into your home/department.  The process is slow, because we are always understaffed, so please bear with us.

Please Note:

This questionnaire will be shared with GreenePets Foster Network's Board Members; the selected pet(s) foster home (minus personal/private information).  Please do not fill this out if you do not want your information shared with these people.  (All have signed a Confidentiality Statement with our nonprofit).

Please fill this form out as completely as possible.  Even though submitting a completed form indicates a willingness to adopt a house pet or working dog, GreenePets Foster Network is under no obligation to accept the application.

NOTE:  
​Due to holding dogs for people who are just jazzing us, we now require a deposit be made at the time of application.  
If you are not selected as the adopter, the deposit will be returned to you.

The Minimum "Donation" is $50.00 (use the Donation Button at top), 
this deposit will either be applied to the fee for the dog, or returned to you within 14 days.

Minimum ​Adoption Fees are $250.00 this helps with vetting, boarding and incidentals.
