I often hear comments about my personal rescue efforts. Like, "How can you give them up after they have lived with you?" or "I couldn't do that ever!"
My response has always been to explain when I am able to open my life to a displaced dog, and later surrender that dog to another person, it is because I am only a resting place for that dog. A time to help with any issues that might have caused this dog to be homeless in the first place.
I think we can do a whole lot better than we are, and that is the reason for this page.
To become a foster for any group, it will help if you have a general idea of how these things work.
